RDW Group Relocates Offices to Providence’s Innovation District
PROVIDENCE, R.I., March 9, 2023 — Longtime Providence and Boston marketing agency RDW Group has moved to a new home in Rhode Island’s capital city. With the sale of its Smith Hill property now official, the company has relocated to bolster Providence’s growing Innovation District, moving its operations to the CIC Building at 225 Dyer Street in Providence.
“The move to CIC is enabled by new workplace technology, but is also a direct result of how we’ve evolved as an agency,” said Phil Loscoe, RDW Group’s Managing Partner. “While our agency is rooted in traditional advertising and public relations, our strength is now in digital and interactive communications. Our teams are increasingly more collaborative, and our clients are thinking more innovatively, as well. We’re hopeful that our new space enables us to take collaboration to the next level.”
With the move, RDW Group has exited the building on the corner of Holden and Smith Streets in exchange for the more flexible and expansive facilities at the CIC building. Among the things that attracted RDW to the Dyer Street space was the vibrant community of innovators, access to amenities within the CIC and nearby neighborhoods, and the potential for expansion. Given RDW’s extensive client list in higher education, healthcare, energy, and public health, the agency was also drawn to the strong presence of those sectors in the Innovation District.
“Our industry, like many others, has undergone a workplace metamorphosis over the last several years,” said Loscoe. “We’d given consideration to relocating for some time, but with the flexible work arrangements and the digital-centric capabilities we’ve come to embrace, we felt now was the right time for our team.”
Adds Loscoe, “We’ve only been in the new office a short time, and we’re already feeling a renewed sense of inspiration and connectedness with our clients, the community, and each other. It’s a very exciting, dynamic time for our agency and we’re thrilled to be part of such a growth-oriented, vibrant part of Providence.”
