RDW Group and iFactory Welcome 12 New Team Members

Providence, R.I. – April 17, 2017 – RDW Group, a fully integrated advertising, public relations, and digital marketing firm, alongside its interactive solutions agency, iFactory, announces the addition of 12 new staff members to its Providence, R.I. and Boston offices. The additions were made throughout the 2016 year and into 2017. They are representative of the growth of both agencies across creative, account management, and, in particular, digital and interactive market offerings.

Those joining the RDW Group team include:

Ethan Borchelt, of Sterling, Mass., has joined the RDW team as account executive. He holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational studies from Brown University, where he also completed a capstone digital marketing project for Phillips Healthcare.

Giselle Mahoney, of North Kingstown, R.I., has been hired to the role of account executive. She contributes 9 years of marketing, public relations, and communications experience. She holds a B.A. in English from the University of Rhode Island and currently serves on the Board of the Public Relations Society of America/Southeastern New England Chapter.

Marisa Meyers, of Pawtucket, R.I., has been hired in the role of digital marketing strategist. She previously worked for Fidelity Investments as senior marketing manager and brings more than eight years of experience driving digital marketing programs from concept to completion. She holds a B.A. in English from the University of Rhode Island.

Bianca Micheletti, of Bristol, R.I., has joined the company as account executive. She brings three years of marketing experience with Putnam Investments and holds a bachelor of business administration in marketing from the University of Rhode Island.

Marian Visona, of Providence, R.I., contributes nine years of experience to her role as marketing analytics strategist. Her skill set includes digital marketing, project management, and paid search and analytics. She holds a B.A. in Old World art and archeology from Brown University; and a M.A. in international communications and development from City University London.

Joining the iFactory team are:

Neil Arnold, of Portland, Maine, has joined the company in the role of senior Drupal developer. He contributes more than 20 years of web development experience, most recently in the role of software engineer with ImageWorks. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Southern Maine.

Robert Bernier, of Boston, has joined the company in the role of junior developer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Framingham State University, where he aided in the development of the University’s new website and served as a supplemental instruction (SI) leader providing peer academic support in programming languages.

Doug Chan, of Boston, has been hired to the role of junior Drupal developer. He brings more than 10 years of Drupal experience and was previously the owner of a small business providing full stack development services. He holds a B.A. in music from the University of Guam and is currently pursuing a M.M. in music education at Boston University.

Allison Griggs, of Abington, Mass., has joined the company as associate producer. She holds a bachelor of business administration in marketing and communications from the UMass Amherst Isenberg School of Business. She was elected to serve on the Abington Board of Health in 2016.

Zack Hanerfeld, of Boston, has been hired to role of interactive business development. He holds a B.A. with a double major in economics and finance from Bentley University, where he served as executive business development analyst at NoviCap in Barcelona, Spain; and was president of the Bentley Boxing Club.

Iona Holloway, of Boston, has been hired to the role of interactive designer. She holds a B.A. in magazine journalism from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and a M.S in advertising from Boston University. Prior to joining the company, she worked in editorial at Fast Company, talent acquisition at Google, and as an art direction intern at The Fantastical.

Eric Volkernick, of Boston, has been hired to the role of Drupal developer. Most recently working in the roles of UI developer and Drupal developer at OHO Interactive, he combines his freelance roles to bring more than eight years of experience to the company. He studied computer science at the University of Maine and is an Acquia Certified Developer.
