North Shore Community College needed to reinvigorate its brand and raise its profile among the students, schools, and businesses it serves.

NSCC has always been a respected member of the community. It was imperative that we uphold and enhance that reputation, while making the college’s marketing presence feel new, exciting, and relevant.
Our social media team, search and analytics team, and dedicated digital marketing strategists work together to develop and implement everything from end-to-end marketing plans to dedicated campaigns.
Our Approach
We held ideation sessions with faculty, administration, and students, which helped us develop a reinvigorated brand positioning rooted in social mobility and individual empowerment. Our in-house creative team brought this to life in a series of timely and relevant messages for testing with target audiences. Testing revealed a clear winner that came to life in paid social media, paid search, bus kings, online banner ads, and streaming audio (Pandora/Spotify).
We featured real NSCC students and alumni to help personalize our messaging and to prove local success, and we spoke directly to potential students in an encouraging and uplifting language.
